I just spent 45 minutes returning two items that were ordered online and stocked at another store - which is evidently a huge deal at Lowe’s. They had one manager for the entire store who never came to assist or even to just apologize. If the cashier who finally read the receipt told me one more time she just come off break and their systems are new and giving them issues, I was going to lose it. Give me my money and receipt and get me the hell out of this store.
I told the man in the paint, that i love the wood as is but need to keep it from drying out. I showed him photo A. and HE SAID it would dry CLEAR.... ok in photo B. what part of that is CLEAR and what did you do beside fuck up the WHOLE project abd waste my 30$? Yup its TRASH NOW. (It was the caucasion feminine guy about 6ft tall). -THANKS A LOT.

Thank you Lowes for having great products and exceptional employees!! My mom and dad (both in their 80s ) bought a washer and dryer from this location recently and the young gentleman that helped them (think his name was Troy) was very patient and showed them several options without rushing and walked them to the front to make sure everything was handled correctly. Rude employees know nothing of planting. Told me straight to my face that tropical plants won't grow here then laughed. They should be working at target. I'll buy your stuff but I will always advise people to avoid your employees advice. It's garbage
