Lowes was unable to install our dishwasher. Typically we shop at Home Depot but we wanted to try Lowe’s. The installer was very nice but was unable to do it. He said we needed an extender without pulling out the dishwasher. We waited a week and he came back and said he would have to make modifications to our cabinet to fit it. Like going here. It is hard to find help sometimes. When you do find help,most of them are very helpful. I have met several great employees. I will go back.
Jim helped us a buy a new dishwasher. He knew the features of the different models and pros and cons. We knew which ones we wanted going in and He even called around and found the last one for us. We appreciate his attitude and help.
I'm pretty sure every customer that walks into this store is assumed to be a thief. I was in there looking at their power strips and was "customer serviced". I told the retail drone I didn't need any help so he just stood there and watched me make a selection. This has happened EVERY time I've been into this place. I've been to other Lowe's locations before and they weren't nearly this bad so I'm assuming it's store management and not coming down from corporate.
