The cashiers are not friendly and the people on the floor NEVER know what you’re talking about or where anything is. Absolutely ridiculous. Stick to Home Depot.
They never have what I need and the customer service stinks

Their price match gaurantee is a joke. Tried to price match a buddy heater today and the employee told me Lowes has their own model number made so they don't have to price match. The policy states "an identical item" not identical tracking numbers between competitors. The employee was very rude and wished me a good day in a very snippy tone of voice. Very poor attitude and business philosophy.
Horrible business. Purchased a new Frigidaire refrigerator. Apparently it was damaged right off the truck however I didn't know until 3 months later. One side is covered with dents the door handles are about to brake off, I never moved the refrigerator at all. Called Lowe's after an hour and ten minutes on the phone they want to send new handles wich won't do any good. They won't do anything about the dents. So pretty much I'm screwed. DONT SHOP AT LOWES THEY SELL DAMAGED PRO… See more
