AWFUL customer service. Constant calls made with no answer and then when did reach someone, they transferred me and call dropped after 9 rings. Had to call again and got someone who said she was writing up a ticket, and would hear back w/in 24 hours, but no contact up to 48 hours later. Had to finally walk in to get customer service and try to get help. On top of that, delivery service was terrible - rude servicemen and left furniture they moved without moving it back. Murrieta Lowes was a nightmare of buying floor installation. Do NOT even consider this store. On July 1st, I pick out my flooring, and scheduled the measurement to come to my house to take measurements. I was told that I would hear back in 48 hours. Yup, you guess it, no call from Lowes. I went to Menifee Lowes who said we will transfer your estimate to our store. Well I check back ever week, to find the sales associate quit his job. Do not order online! I ordered a fox farm soil 2 pack. chatted online and talked to customer service. I go in and the lady returning says I can't get the other bag because they don't carry the soil in store. So Lowe's wants to compete with amazon?! You lost! I can handle every problem with amazon through chat or phone call. The employees are trained to read and understand the descriptions of items. Worst shopping experience EVER. I don't recall ever being belittled by an employee anywhere. I chose store pickup (which has been getting worse in the past year) and aside from having yet another employee not finding my order, I then had to wait for a large cart. I don't know why my order was the only one not on a cart, but OK. She then asked another employee to grab one. When she returned she said, "You know these are always in lumber, right?" Customer service is horrible!! My husband asked for help with a lawn mower today and the gentleman helping him asked why he needed help getting a lawnmower to the front. He has our daughter in a stroller and our three year old by his side and asking for help was apparently voodoo at Lowe’s. Spent 300$ on a lawnmower. Will take our buisness to Home Depot!!!
I enjoy the shopping experience. All associates that I have interacted with are courteous and professional. The company is definitely focused on customer service. As crazy as this may sound, customer service does not begin with how you are treated, it starts with how clean and organized the store is because this speaks volumes about how they feel about the customer. The respect the customer and they demonstrate it by how clean the store is
