Went to buy a deck and have it installed. Started this process in May still no deck. Clueless. My township doesn't even have the proper permit paperwork yet. Run away
The worst experience i have ever had. I have been a Lowes loyal customer for years. Was advised by friends to purchase windows from them. I purchased and paid upfront. That was back in March 2017. It is now September. The job is not complete yet. Ver disappointed. I will post some more history and details but at the moment am very angry. They have lost not just 1 loyal customer but everybody I talk to will be told not to ever shop for anything at that place.
I ordered three vanity collections (including cabinets, vanity top and sink, and coordinating mirrors) from Lowes on March 24., 2017 The expected store pick-up date was 4/2 and 4/3 originally. They eventually arrived in store on 4/4, and we picked them up on 4/5. Two of the three came ok. Worst store and worst experience! They had no idea about there in stock inventory and never got back with a confirmed date of deliver. Never again going back and would suggest everyone to try PC Richardson or Sears that's next door for a better experience!!!!!
This is the worst store! I recommend you never shop here ever again! And if you do never...never...never have anything delivered! They hire the worst delivery companies. I was embarrassed beyond belief to even have their truck parked in front of my house. Then the delivery drivers are the laziest people I have eve met in my whole life! Then when I addressed the situation that happened lowes had the worst customer service in the world. They installed a refrigerator that they did not install correctly and now I have water in my basement and my wooden floor when I called about the problem I was told to contact my homeowners insurance I will never ever shop there or send anyone there ever again
