I recently (Saturday) bought my Christmas tree. I have purchased my trees here for many years and have never had a problem. I was pleasantly surprised to find out the trees were 25% off!! Unfortunately, when I got the tree home and put it in the stand, hundreds of needles fell to the floor!! I figured, I’d clean them up, water and all would be fine. NOOO!!! Went out today looking for new bathroom sink, faucet etc to update our bathroom. Vanity is being built for us so that is taken care of. Went to local small business here...no help there. Went to Home Depot...other than security cameras I don't think anyone even knew we were in the store let alone the bathroom fixture and cabinet department. Then to Lowe's...BOOM!! Just tried to deliver damaged fridge to me....after lying about last delivery of damaged fridge...
Absolutely ridiculous the way this branch of Lowes treats their customers through the customer service branch of their phone line. When you call, it’s as if you’re inconveniencing them to help you, never mind the fact that helping me is their ACTUAL job. I’ve been waiting on a delivery and install for six hours today for a hot water heater. Mind you, I’m completely out of hot water and when I went to them on Saturday they assured me that delivery and install would be quick as this is deemed an “emergency.” I’d hate to see wh... read more
Went today to buy a new light fixture for my kitchen. I decided to go to a person instead of the self checkout. The picks up the box and slams it on the counter. Thats when I thought i heard something break. I left the store and before going to my car opened it and yes it was broken had to go back in and explain what happened.
