Customer Service is lacking, needless to say. Stood in Line to talk to a service guy about a Range for approx. 30 while he was waiting on another customer. Another customer walked up and he ask him if he could help him, after I had stood patiently waiting. Hell NO !!! I went to Home Depot...Will Never shop this Lowe's store again !!!
Got a stove on Sunday had the opportunity to have it delivered on Monday but chose Tuesday because had to find someone here when it’s delivered. They put me on last delivery on Tuesday an didn’t call me to tell me they couldn’t make it. I called them an they said couldn’t till Wednesday. I told them I had 3 turkeys to cook an it better be here first on Wednesday morning. Now they say we can’t promise. Last time I buy a appliance from Lowes
They were very nice and very helpful. They had the items I needed in stock and my checkout process was great.
I help build the thing. I went yesterday 2 get me a new washer an was there 30 to 45 minutes had sales associates walk all around me and Not the first time did i EVER get any help. Looked straight at me! I left a note about service Went straight to HOME DEPOT and a Wonderful gentleman by the name Ludy walked up in less then 60 seconds and asked me if I needed help. We have shopped at this store many times and have always had a great experience. I have never met a unfriendly staff member, or a member who hasn't went above and beyond to help with any questions we have ever had. Not to mention they are all always so kind to our son and make it a point to speak to him. I'm nothing but thoroughly impressed!!
I gave a long review on the website. They are not worth me typing it again. I will not be back to Lowe's ever again. Horrible customer service!!! Manager better be lucky it wasn't me he was rude to because I would have knocked his teeth out!!!!!
Well I can assure you I won't be back to this Lowes. Or any Lowes for that matter. Stand around for an hour waiting to place an order. Had our tub, vanity, floor tile, wall tile, etc. all picked out. Yet the people on the floor push us aside to show an older couple everything under the sun. Very disappointed as we have spent thousands at this location.
Always find helpful personnel. Competitive prices. Location.
Love the layout and especially enjoyed the model kitchen/dining room area.
