I am a very unhappy customer right now. Matter of fact, I am pissed off! Lowes management sucks! No one is helping me and it is so ridiculous. My refrigerator broke, technician came out to try to fix it, said it needed part and it will come in, in a couple days. 2 weeks past, no parts so technician said that it looks like parts won’t come in anytime soon so they said we can get a new refrigerator. Ok, fine! so the technician called the store and had Carlos, store manager help...Continue Reading
