I am disabled and could not find a handicap accessible scooter to use for shopping. Totally unacceptable!!!!!
Tried to buy a table saw today. Associate said the didn’t have any more of the model I wanted but they had a display. He checked with a supervisor to see if they would sell it. He came back and said they wouldn’t. Talked to the supervisor, he “thought” they had more on order, when I asked when it was coming in,he wouldn’t go check. Go to any other Lowe’s around Charlotte and they will happily sell you the display and at the least check to see if they are on order and tell you an expected ship date. Do I recommend Lowes? Yes and No. I was pleased finding a Washer and Dryer to purchase that offered delivery and installation. But, there is clearly some confusion between departments (sales and delivery/installation) appliance sales associates stated delivery & installation were included yet what actually happened was somewhat different. Again I was pleased when the delivery guys called the very next day stating they were on their way, but then dismayed to hear they do not install Gas appliances! ☹️ So, my daughter and I tr... read more

Nothing but aggravation. As long as it’s actually TAKING your money they’re quick enough. But to have your item delivered and installed-not so much. STILL waiting for an installer to call and set up time for delivery and installation. Well over the 48 hour window. Still on hold to talk to a supervisor. It’s clear they just want to wait you out until you hang up. And I’m now out several hundred dollars with no product and no service. Lowe’s in York SC, you need to shape up!
After spending thousands of dollars with Lowes over the past year building my home. I purchased a bath fan for my master bathroom. Anyone who builds houses know there is no way to test the fan until the house is finished and power is on. Come to find out the fan had a bad bearing from factory. After removing the fan and trying to exchange it with Lowes they tell me I have to go through the manufacture which is a joke (Utilitech). Terrible service walked by to employees yesterday, both leaning on boxes, sitting down ignoring customers. Would never happen in Menards.
