I get the social distancing and waiting to come in but the door monitor at the lawn and garden outdoor section didn't tell us that once we went out there we could not go back into the main section of the store. We were not done shopping but we could not go back in. Why have the monitor if he won't inform us that once we are in the outdoor section we are trapped? Screw this. We left everything we had on the shelf and walked out and went to Tractor Supply. I'm done with Lowes.
The employees at the Green Ohio location are amazing!
Clearly Lowe’s does not care about the quality of their work. I’ve seen pictures from a recent installation that are really bad. They do not stand by their work. I would look elsewhere for your home improvement needs.
Delivery is horrible!!! Did not show up when they said they would. Waited all day.
Lowe's sent unqualified installers for my flooring. Now Im still playing the wait, wait, wait game four them ro make it right. If the installer didn't fix it right on the follow up, why would they send the same person again? I am left with unacceptable work and will have to hire someone to correct it. Meanwhile, 4 weeks and 5 days later Im STILL WAITING TO GET SATISFACTORY RESOLUTION FROM LOWE'S!

salesman totaly walked away from me when I was shopping for a refrigerator.
they are very rude here.i just needed to ask a question and the guy was very rude, maybe he should stay at home and not work in public
