I purchased a door from the Lehi Lowe’s. I gave them the dimensions I needed and they sold me a door that was too big. I do not have a truck anymore unfortunately so they had to deliver it. After waiting four hours for the delivery window, the driver never showed. The driver was two hours late. When I found out the door would not fit I called and they said they would come get it. I I would like to recognize two outstanding staff members in the paint department, Dom and Oscar. They helped me in a way that no one else could and truly went above and beyond to resolve an issue I was having. Their professionalism, patience, and dedication made a big difference in my experience. Because of them, I will not go anywhere else but Lowe’s for anything I may need in the future. Thank you for having such a exceptional employees!
A very bad experience. My hot water heater died as the result of a burst pipe in my home. I called Lowes to obtain a replacement. They had one delivered and assured me that their installers would get everything installed for me. Ever since the installation of the new hot water heater through the installation company (called 800 Heaters), I have had trouble with my hot water. DONT EVER EVER EVER BUY FROM THIS ESTERO LOWES!! And especially do not buy a pressure washer! They have only a 48 hour return allowance for A LOT of item in their store! Do yourself a favor and go to Home Depot just down the street! They are less expensive than lowes on most items and will NEVER hassle you on returns!
This store LACkS in Customer Service starting with the Customer Service desk, employees & Assistant Manager. DO NOT PLACE ON-LINE ORDERS & EXPECT TO PICK UP USING THEIR LOCK BOX. IT DOESN'T WORK & YOU GET Their answer."I don't know why it's not giving you your order"! My reason for ordering on-line & the lock box pick up is to SAVE TIME. In/Out of the store BUT when you can't retreive your merchandise, its NOW A TIME CONSUMING EVENT JUST TO RECEIVE A CREDIT & GO ELSEWHERE (HOME DEPOT) TO PURCHASE THE SAME ITEM
I gotta tell ya, we are always at Lowes in our home town of Middletown, De,, and we have NEVER had service like we had in Tappahanock,Va. We came in w exchanges for 4-5 things, we didn't have receipts AND they were purchased at the Lowe's in Delaware. CHERYL was the girl at the return register, WHAT A LADY, she needs a bonus, she looked everything up, she took our cards we thought we used, we were in her area for 20 minutes or more, she did this 3x for us. Worst Lowe’s I have ever been to. They went to argue and be scrappy with you over scrap lumber believe it or not.. so glad Shallotte’s LOWES is not like that. That just shows what good management is versus ghetto management.. having lived in Mooresville I know Lowe’s and this is a poor representation of Lowe’s. Check out the picture. Worst Lowe’s I have ever been to. And I can honestly say that being from Mooresville North Carolina, where the company started. They try to nickel and dime everybody to death over scrap lumber and don’t care who they’re helping out the community or anybody else. Don’t waste your time going there go right on down to Shallotte, North Carolina and they’ll almost go through an auctioning process when but not in North Myrtle Beach.
