I got a really gd Black Friday deal from Lowes in Quincy but when they delivered it thy forgot to deliver one of my items and assured me if I came in-store to pick it up they would give me a discount for the inconvenience. The customer service rep. Didn't honor the other employees verbal agreement with me. if that was the case I could have just waited for the delivery rather than wasting time and gas to drive back to the store for a broken promise. OCT 30 2016...We NEEDED something for a home repair. The competition did not have it. Lowe's did! It is always my go to home repair store. Thank You Lowes for not making us drive 22 miles to get what we needed TODAY. 11/27/16 It pained me to give you 1 star but I was not happy with the customer service.
