Lowes North Spokane, WA - The delivery department is beyond stupid! They try and deliver windows and a door to me before my shop is even open. They call at 0630 saying they are 1 hour out. We are very remote so I let them know I can be there in 1 hr and 15 minutes at the soonest. They ask me if I want the windows and door dropped off somewhere. I tell them no I will be there ASAP. Washington state has been doing ok in managing the covid-19 outbreak. Spokane, on the whole, not as well, especially since going to phase two. Today is the first day on mandatory mask wearing and only about 50% of the customers were wearing a mask in this store. When I asked the cashier why Lowe’s was not complying with the state mandate, he told me that Lowe’s hung signs “but we are not in the policing business”. As a former worker here I will NEVER reccomend this place to anyone, Abusive and neglective management is all I have to say.
This store was pretty crowded. Difficult to keep distances from people. I won't be shopping back in this store for a while, unless they can manage the number of people better.
I have been a shopper at Lowes on Division in North Spokane since before it was Lowes (Eagles Hardware). I have never thought about my returns. Very easy and accommodating. I have built my new shop with supplies from Lowes. I have purchased two different stoves and many home use items over many years. All this time I was not aware of your 90 day return policy. I guess since I retired from the biggest auto parts supplier in the world which does not have a time related return policy I expected to be able to make a return to yo... read more

Don’t buy anything from Lowe’s cause if you wanna return stuff you don’t need , you got keep for yourself now , their return policy has been changed
