I was just there looking for edging for plywood, your sales associate acted like I had ask to land on the moon, sent me to the tape aisle. after 45 min wandering the store came home googled edging for plywood, yes. you have it,!#! Will not waste time with your help

I am not personally aware of a company that treat Military and Veterans better than Lowe's. It is unfortunate they are having to begin shutting stores.
Lowe's customer service skills are awful. I purchased a weather strip and had to pull the information up since there was no bar code, no one from that department would assist and the cashier wasn't helpful to assist so I could make my purchase. It is ashame that you have to do the cashier's job. I should receive the pay since I did the work. They need to give a class on customer service!
If I could give a zero, I would. I don't call out businesses on here....until now. LOWES in Madison Heights is the WORST place I have ever stepped in. We did a total kitchen remodel. Cabinets, flooring, appliances. First, we ordered cabinets for our kitchen. Less than half took stain because of glue or some substance on them. We returned them and the person working that area said that those cabinets are a cut above cardboard. Nice. Had THREE damaged refrigerators sent to our house.
