If you’re a contractor, I would not use this store. I ordered materials to reroof a house, and everything was in stock. I scheduled a delivery date and lined up a crew to replace the roof a couple of days after the delivery. The night before delivery, I got a call saying their delivery truck was broken down and it would be delivered the following week. I rescheduled the crew. I walked into a nearly empty Home Depot at 751 AM. I needed some help. I was looking for a very specific item in a huge store. Fortunately, I ran into Antwone. He was there - demonstrating his willingness to help - purely from his body language and attitude. I knew I could ask him and he would give me the help. He did - I got the best product of its kind in the store at the best price. Price was $2.13 - including tax. I'm beyond frustrated by the complete and utterly mismanagement of my order. The order was paid in full by check. Part of the order was picked up with a promise date for the remaining items. The items were cancelled by the manager NOT by us. Then, upon returning the items, Justin, the manager, basically accused us of stealing the items that were not received based on parking lot video. On Friday, May 22, 2026, I drove in excess of 30 miles (one way) to visit the Lowe's on Mooney Blvd in Visalia, California to shop for plants. I entered the store at around 12:40. I typically find plant shopping to be an enjoyable and relaxing experience, but my ears were assaulted by the Christian music being played on the overhead speaker system. Zero stars if I could. I ordered a cooktop in February and spent the next 3 months calling nearly twice a week with zero updates, zero follow-through from managers who promised callbacks, and zero accountability. I spent $850 out of pocket on a permit and gas inspection — required by Lowe's own installer — on top of $3,000+ for the cooktop, installation, and warranty. After three months, the cooktop finally arrived. Lowe's plumber came to install it, and near the end of the job declared it defective. My original, perfectly ... read more

Went today to buy some sheetrock asked the lady at the register if some one could help me i just had surgery on my shoulder (Lee) i believe this was her name than came Nate this gut was great would not let me help him at all pulled it walked it to the register for me and than loaded my truck a lot of things go un noticed during the busy day but these two employee's made my day showing there is still people that care

We remolded our bathroom. I bought a toilet on March 24th. It was installed about 2 weeks ago. It had a leak under the toilet. After many wax rings with no fix, I finally called a plumber because I thought it might be a flange. That was 550 dollars. Then a day or so later it was leaking again.. I called the plumber and he said he thinks its the toilet. Put in new toilet and no leak. So I do a online return. it said take it to Lowes and show this bar code. I was a solid Lowes guy years ago. They are so bad at the Lebanon, Ohio store that it can become a part time job trying to give them money. I spent over two hours trying to buy an electric dryer over the phone. Bad management is killing them.
