I want to to take some time this holiday season and thank the store manager over at Lowe's for taking time on Black Friday to answer my silly questions. He didn't rush me off he took time focused on me ask me really good questions and gave me some excellent advice. Thank you very much for treating me like a person.
I bought a dishwasher 2 weeks ago. Set up delivery and installation date at time of purchase. $1500 dishwasher came in 7 days later and no one contacted me. Delivery date came and passed. Nothing happened till we called them. Now thanksgiving and no dishwasher. I wish I could give them less than 1. If you don’t walk out with it call them every day! Oh yea they will call sometime next week to schedule delivery. Still don’t know when. Two weeks later.
Absolutely ridiculous to terminate a disabled man for talking too much.
Firing the disabled for not fully investigating a complaint? Parents complained about a disabled man scaring their kids and you don't fully check out the story? Sad!
They fired a disabled man. That is pathetic and they should be ashamed of themselves.
How sad to know that my favorite store would fire a disabled man for talking to customer's children. He was just trying to be friendly and it was not his fault that the parents did not understand. Will have to take my business to Home Depot from now on. Very disappointed 😔
