Yesterday, I stopped by Lowes in Deland and had an amazing experience. Jeanie in plumbing was very helpful and worked with me to find solutions to my bathroom remodeling needs. The customer service was top notch as always. I never have a bad experience at the Deland Lowe's. I will continue to go to Deland for all my home project needs.
Be proactive when it comes to customer service. Acknowledge the customer and initiate contact to let the customer know you are aware of them and you aren't ignoring them.

Not sure why the DeLand store doesn’t pick up the phone in the appliance department,, I was looking to purchase a clothes dryer was at the Deltona store they did not have the one I wanted the service manager Jeff called the DeLand store to check if they had that model no one answered his call I then called tried for 29 minuets the appliance department didn’t pick up so for 30 mins I then called the store told customer service she said.. oh their busy!! Thank you For taking my online order last week for a generator, ONLY to find out you cancelled it! You took my money and said it was on its way. Now I get a sorry we screwed your over $100 gift card and we'll refund your money to your account email ! Thanks Lowes !!!! THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH LOWES. I AM SO DISAPPOINTED. I CALLED EVERY HOUR FAITHFULLY FOR THE PAST 3 DAYS ASKING ABOUT A GENERATOR ABOVE 5500 WATTS AND EVERY TIME I CALLED I WAS LAUGHED AT AND WAS TOLD I WILL NEVER GET ONE IF ANYTHING AFTER THE STORM.
