We ordered a fence and paid to have it installed. The guy from Lowe’s came out twice to measure and order the materials. Contractors came over to install and they didn’t have the proper size gates and not enough fencing material. Here we are 2 weeks later and the materials are still not in yet.
By far the rudest, most unprofessional service providers in this town. You can always count on 12 employees standing around, but not one ever offers assistance or a hello.
Pathetic!!! You have lost me as a customer. I ordered a microwave online that was in stock at the store. Well, I have been here for over 45 minutes and they can't find my order. Why do you even advertise Shop. Click. Pick up. If you can't support it? I'm not the only one having problems with product pick up.
The things you buy is ok but the worker they have in the departments don't know what they are talking about so don't ask them questions about anything all the know is what little training they get from a video lol the things I heard them tell customers would make me laugh I was a contractor but retired now they try to sale me the wrong things and I tell them I don't need their help. Your customer service is Poor!!! My floor was to be in 2 weeks ago. Apparently it was back ordered with no one telling us. Then, when I call yesterday, I get promised I'll get a call today. Guess what - no call!!! And don't even get me started on my counter top that is on a month back order with no one telling us that either until I was ready for it.
We had to special order our shower doors for our bath tub from lowes. That part went great. We didn't want to mess with the headache of installation, so we opted for lowes to install them. Sounds easy right?! Well the installer got here at 10am this morning it's currently 7pm and he's still not finished! I'm pretty sure we should get our $199 installation fee back this is ridiculous!
