No one seemed to know their job function. Every thing appeared to have to be checked by the manager
I would like to say that dealing with Tracey in Customer Service was one of the most pleasant experiences in dealing with a problem. They were out of an item that we wanted and she went above and beyond to locate and hold one for us at another store. The other store was fantastic as well, the East Point store, thanks so much to Emmett at East Point and Tracey at Lithonia......you made a bad experience so much better!!!!! Thank you! And the guys that loaded it were awesome also!!!!
