I got LOWES to install 20 new hurricane windows for me in December of 2018 and all 20 have been leaking since the installation. Installers admit to sealing windows to vinyl siding (not the waterproofing layer) but LOWES still not admitting culpability. What a nightmare. Do not purchase anything from this store or any other Lowe's! I bought security doors in January and it took until JULY 13 to get them installed correctly! A process that was supposed to take 6 weeks took 6 months! I asked for what I thought was reasonable compensation in order to right their wrong and was told no. They could care less about their customers! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY!
Standing with Montique the department manager at the camp creek Lowe’s and my experience was an awful one. Even the head cashier stated “it’s another day @ Camp Creek”. I’m so perplexed right now @ the fact that a Dept Manager is running a store without an assistant manager who actually can’t explain why his staff doesn’t give great customer service and he don’t even know his district manager name.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart for keeping your word- for calling me back and having patience with me when I didn't understand. Over the past 3 months, I have received crappy customer service from this store on each visit (over 30 times)-I would cringe each time before I walked in, but YOU, Tracy was just GREAT--Thanks again - Much appreciated!
Bad customer service. We need help on the tools and they call twice but no one came to help. I think 40 minutes wait is long enough. You can only walk so much around the tool area. Also the store is not busy, very few customer. Must be lazy employee.
