absolutely the worst customer service ever. guys can talk football, homework and fried chicken but cant help.me spend $5000 on flooring and really not care after spending 30min waiting on help. this IS the ABSOLUTE LAST TIME PERIOD!!! ,A happy camper i truely am not. NEVER AGAIN! over100 students what a freaking let down. am done with hd, they dont work, customer service is the pits and they really dont seem to care either way! i am done period! a rating of less than 1 star.
