When I went into Lowe's I was greeted by a friendly sales associate offering hand sanitizer. She was wearing a mask which covered her nose and mouth. As I shopped inside the store I was shocked to see how many employees were not wearing masks covering their nose and mouth. Many (and I am not exaggerating) employees’ masks were down barely covering their mouths leaving their noses completely exposed. Jocelynn is very unprofessional and it was unfortunate to encounter her with the day I went. She was definitely having a terrible day and I was the victim of it is what I felt like. I’ll go to Home Depot next time

We recently ordered $1200 grill with assembly. It took over a week to be assembled for us to pick it up. when we picked it up, they couldn't find it for 30 minutes and then we had to load it ourselves. When we got it home, we discovered it was broken during assembly. We called and experienced being transferred to multiple people and were told we would have to pay for new one to be delivered. Bought a brand new refrigerator from Lowe’s. With in a couple months the fridge dies. It’s is still under warranty so I call the service line to get it fixed. Three weeks later the refrigerator is still not working. Lowe’s refuses to replace the refrigerator and tells me that it’s not their fault. Lowe’s has done nothing to help me besides stating that they have a service call out and a contract company will be fixing it. Absolutely ridiculous that no one will fix the issue. Kat in garden is the best ! My husband and I have been landscaping our property over the last year and you only deal with her. She is so friendly and knowledgeable with every question we have had. We only show At Lowes in Sparks now for everything we need for our landscaping. Thank you Kat!! (My receipt this last time did not include a survey so I want to give her a shout out here . )

We went into Lowes today to purchase a 4x4 and needed it cut in half. . "I'm sorry, we don't have the capability to cut wood that thick." So full is shit......I would have brought my own hand saw if I knew you were that lazy. I literally live right around the corner from them but will travel to Carson City if I have to, just to not go to them again.
