Just purchased a Samsung Refrigerator and after waiting almost a month for it was told that it was out of Stock the day it was meant to arrive. I had to call Lowe’s after taking time off to wait for delivery before they told me it wasn’t on the truck. I had got confirmation twice that it was coming on June 23 mins you they never called me to confirm I had to constantly call them. Their follow up is a joke. Friends, I’m not usually a complainer, but after a trip to Lowes, D’Iberville today, I have to rant a little bit. We have been to Lowes almost ever day for the last 2 weeks, either in D’Iberville or Gautier. Today, Kelsey and I went to get some paint supplies, wood and lattice. We went to the lumber and loaded everything on one of the big carts. Kelsey was pushing the big, heavy cart and I had a buggy. Purchased a stainless refrigerator, and paid $125.00 extra for the delivery! They took both door handles off to bring in back door which is closer to kitchen, however if they had brought in front door handles did not need to come off. They put the handles back on but did not put screws back in bottom of handles, and the freezer handle fell off the first time we opened. We called and they were to call us back, NEVER DID, I went to the store and was told the man would call me back that day to schedule a day to come, NEVER DID.... read more
The plan to route everyone thru main entrance is not working. I was not allowed to enter thru garden area today just for a plant without waiting in the long line at the main door. There were no lines at the garden area. Maybe the garden area could be open separately for those that do not have to go in the store. Several people left because of this.
