There are NEVER enough people on staff to help, I spend more than half of my time in the store looking for employees. Engaged in the brisk task of inventory, I couldn't pull people away from counting to help me actually BUY something. Furthermore, I left the one person in the paint department I could find with my color swatch and specifications then went to buy a door. 30 minutes later, the paint guy had totally spaced mixing me any paint! Terrible customer service. I actually witnessed people look at us, hope that we didn't notice, then run around the corner at the end of the aisle. There were literally like 6 people running that huge ass store...

This Lowe s has the worst install department I've ever dealt with 4 weeks trying to get a kitchen sink installed finally gave up called local plumber cost me half of what Lowe's wanted
