I placed an order online last week for curbside pickup at the Gaithersburg, MD location. The pickup and item are fine but a few days later I noticed fraudulent charges other than the item I purchased on my card from this same Lowe’s location. I called to speak with the manager there and the employee, Chelsea, kept cutting me off and transferred me without telling me who she was transferring me to. Yes, I will.,, Very organized; good customer service. Labeling of products and aisle is very visible.. makes it easy to locate products.

My first and last visit. Extremely long wait for pickup. Item was broken and I wasn’t able to get immediate refund because it was a pickup purchase according to customer service desk. Was told it could take possibly 30 minutes I couldn’t wait so I have to go back to return. Very disappointed.

We purchased four large appliances with a promised delivery date of Saturday. We find out there won't be a delivery then and it's rescheduled for Tuesday. It's now Tuesday night and no word from Lowe's on where our appliances are or when they'll be delivered. We are moving in today to a house with NO appliances and are really frustrated and annoyed. Lowe's, you need to do better.

I purchased a refrigerator six months ago and it is not working properly. I have a five year warranty. I called Lowes service on Friday, March 11, 2016. After spending 20 minutes going round, I was informed by the supervisor that Lowes does not have a company who van service the Frigidaire brand. They will contact Frigidaire and get back by March 16 to let me know about the status. This is absolutely ridiculous, Why sell a warranty if you cannot service the appliance. Rip off

Horrible customer service. In the planning phase of re-doing our kitchen; went to lowes expecting to purchase all our kitchen aid appliances. They could not get the dishwasher order correct. Not a problem, we went back in to help them figure out why and what happened. Customer service person was so rude. She made it clear she didn't want to be there or helping us. Bad service is killing lowes. Good riddance. Went to Sears, they matched all the pricing and threw in a few extras. Way to go Sears.
