The flooring department is the biggest bunch of losers I have ever met. Do not waste your time or your money. They will lie right to your face and God forbid something goes wrong, and it will, they will ghost you in a heartbeat. They don't care about their customers at all.. Their subcontractors are complete idiots.
I placed an order online last week for curbside pickup at the Gaithersburg, MD location. The pickup and item are fine but a few days later I noticed fraudulent charges other than the item I purchased on my card from this same Lowe’s location. I called to speak with the manager there and the employee, Chelsea, kept cutting me off and transferred me without telling me who she was transferring me to. Paul was super-helpful. He went out of his way to understand my question and patiently helped me find what I needed.
My first and last visit. Extremely long wait for pickup. Item was broken and I wasn’t able to get immediate refund because it was a pickup purchase according to customer service desk. Was told it could take possibly 30 minutes I couldn’t wait so I have to go back to return. Very disappointed.
Lowes has been my go-to place to shop, but I have to change my mind today. I am scheduled for the delivery and installation today between 12-2pm. I called them at 2.30pm to find out that they aren't coming out today because they don't have the kit to install the appliances. They failed to inform me that there were some issues going on. I took my afternoon off from work in order to get this done today. This is not acceptable and not very professional.
Received the absolutely best customer service. Bought a new riding Troy Bronco Riding mower. Had engine problems. Lowes replaced the mower with no questions asked as they stand by their product. Thanks!!
They can't seem to get anything right. Attempting to order a front door with installation and so far it has taken 4 weeks and still not close to finalizing the purchase, let alone the install oart.
