I asked help to locate an item three times and was sent multiple places. The area stated where it was located on the website was incorrect. Not one employee helped to look for it and one walked away when they saw me walking towards them. Since I walked the store three times I put back everything else I had in my cart back and walked out. I went to Home Depot and was greeted and an employee walked me back to where the item was and thanked. I won't be going back to Lowe's unless Home Depot doesn't carry it.
Been trying to buy kitchen cabinets from them for several days now. Spent a total of 6 hours between 2 stores and THEY are still having internal issues with their own computer and corporate. Just want to give them my money and buy my cabinets. Don't understand the bad customer service. Lots of please hold... I'll get back to you. Someone will get back you... etc. Does anyone know a good kitchen cabinet company in SCV??
