Had a scratch on my refrigerator after they delivered it and I noticed it 2 weeks later. I called the store and they were more than helpful. They are bringing me a new one at no charge no questions asked. A+ customer service!

Bullcrap to say a certain time and day but then dont show up. Put me on hold for 25 minutes.. i was told in that 25 minutes waiting for the delivery person to answer my question, he left, leaving me on hold.. honestly about canceled my order to go somewhere else... still may tomorrow if i dont hear some good news...
When you say your going to do something then you should do it. You all have dropped the ball more then once. If I have my way we will go someplace else for our cabinets, stove, microwave, lights and backsplash. Guess lowes dont want our business. I understand you all are busy and Holidays but dont make promises and dont tell people you will have things ready by a certain day if you cant
After what lowes has done to my friend I won't be doing business with you. She was supposed to have floors install ed last Friday. Called at the last minute and cancled. There scheduled to put in new doors tomorrow and they can't do that. No offer of $ off for her trouble . A no care attitude. Shame on you Lowe's for Your lack of caring about your coustomers and poor business dealings. No stars for you.
