Customer service in hardware department is worthless. Asked for help finding a flange nut. Response, " oh those are over in isle 16, we don't have much. Probably don't have it". Um thanks for helping me look. Guess I'll go to Rural King instead. It wast like he was busy or from another department. He was standing at the hardware desk just talking to another employee. Worthless.
Rudest delivery people in world! If I didn't need the new refrigerator and hadn't paid $1000 for it last week, I would've made them take it back. Delivery man said he called before he showed up at door before 8 a.m., I said did you get an answer.....he replied he didn't have to get an answer. Rude! Would not wait for me to move few items, took me 10 minutes, went on to next delivery said he would be right back....called said he would be back between 11 and 3. Unacceptable behavior, Lowe's should be embarrassed.
Talk about a carpet Nightmare!!! Still waiting, sad thing is, it's paid for... maybe I should have waited til the carpet was installed before paying for it. All I hear is Nothing but Excuses!! Not acceptable!!!
Carpet install nightmare! They ran out of carpet with one bedroom to go. Had to pick a different carpet then the one we wanted so we would get use of the room again. They refused to refund carpet cost for that room. Loyal Lowe's customer no more...
I have been trying for over a year to get help with a dishwasher that I purchased from this store and had installed by their team. It was purchased 6 months before I started trying to get help with it. Yesterday the heating element exploded on the dishwasher and almost caused a fire. I was going to buy my new privacy fence from this store, but the deplorable customer service has made me retract my decision.
Paint department, especially the,manager, needs to work on customer service!! I'll be stopping by a,different store tomorrow after work.
I just wrote this to tell you, some people I know steal small things from your store (handful of screws, or light switches, stuff like that) to take it to other Lowe's locations and return it to that store for in store cards that they in turn sell to people. So you guys might wanna keep an eye on that..
