Lowes is a waste of time. I need to replace the window and siding on my home. I schedule an in home assessment and take the day off. They totally blew me off, specifically Kristi Duke. No call/no show. My appt was at noon today. I call the 800 number at 1252 thinking I may have gotten mixed up. The lady I spoke to was helpful and apologetic saying she would escalate it to figure out why the appt. was missed. Guess what. No call back, no explanation.
