I made the choice to go here because it was the closer store. But on multiple occasions I can not find anyone to help me with questions. When I do find someone its never their department. Just this past month I made 3 trips to the store to by a washer and dryer and dishwasher. I knew what I wanted just needed to place the order. Never anyone around to help. Today, I was half way thru checkout when the employee walks away and did not tell me why. I waited 10 minutes no one returned.

Took the day off for a scheduled delivery that I have been told is now pushed back 2 weeks. Terrible experience. Order is cancelled and you lost a customer.
Today, Mark from tools went above and beyond, his customer service was excellent and I appreciated how he listened and paid attention to detail.
