I have never been to a more incompetent store, with the most lazy customer service in America. Grade A RIDICULOUS. Never again!
Horrible experience all around from the company... in-store employees, including managers; install coordinators; installers; and customer care. The final product: an expensive vinyl fence with the back gate in the wrong place with half of my yard ruined from the dirt left around (that should have been used to fill in the fence posts). I was told it would be "fixed on the backend" with a refund, but conveniently nothing is being done. I will never step foot in another Lowe's store again. Worst mistake ever!!
Recognizing the store is busy and their employees are committed to serving other customers to simply acknowledge your presence with a "hi, we'll be with you as soon as we can" is not too much to ask. To stand in a department for an hour without so much as a "hello" is very disrespectful and not customer friendly. It happens every time we visit this location.
Awful customer service from the appliance department. Bought over 4K worth of new appliances. Delivered a defective washer with a tag on the back saying it was “faulty & wouldn’t fill with water” called to ask why something was sent to use that was used & broken when we bought new. Said they could get it to us tomorrow & I stated that wouldn’t work. After LeShea argued about getting a new one out it was finally delivered only to realize it wasn’t new it was from the floor. When you buy a $350 dollar deep well pump that dies after 2 months you would expect that they would stand behind their product and at least give you a discount on another one. Not this company. I think we will give our business to a company that actually wants you to come back and be happy with the service.
This is day 15 of trying to get Home Depot to correct an installation issue. I had 12 interior doors installed with door knobs. I have tried multiple times do have the issue escalated through the store with no luck and I would recommend using another Lowe's store such as Beavercreek
Just another retail that has developed the skills of CUSTOMER NO SERVICE... still dont have my front entry door almost 6 weeks and counting supposed to have been installed 3 weeks ago... talked to 5 different people got 5 different answers....
