The sales rep was blatantly sexist when dealing with me and the man I was with. I was making the purchase and was totally ignored, my friend had to keep directing the sales rep back to me. Then the sales rep insisted I needed a new hose for my fridge, he put down one for a washing machine. Heading to the register, none were open, only self serve. Well I have to give my phone number to show my purchase to check out so we went to customer service that very curtly told us she couldn't help us. And the delivery!! What a disaster... read more
RecommendedShoutout to the Garden Department Manager at the Olympia’s (I always call it Lacey, oops) Lowe’s, today. Super friendly and helped me find some plants I was looking for! It was such a pleasure shopping there! I walked out with a big smile on my face, and a laugh out loud when I tried to figure out how the heck I was going to fit these into my car! 😂

My local go to place for my DIY projects. Helpful service staff and well organized.
I won't say I don't recommend Lowes, I'd like to see how they are going to fix this problem before do that. That being said, I just purchased a $3,000 lawn mower to help make my lawn perfect but it quit working just 20 minutes into our job. Called our local Lowes where we purchased it and were told we had to check connections and call Husqvarna help line to figure it out. What kind of customer service is that?
