I never leave reviews. Just looked at the Graco spray tip I purchased that was locked in the paint cabinet. It was already opened, used, clogged with paint, returned, taped back together and put back on the shelf. Didn’t notice until I got all the way home. This is the second time this has happened. Lowes should be ashamed of itself for treating customers like this. How is it legal to sell something obviously broken? I will NEVER give them a dime again.
So I place a special order at Lowe's in Hamburg on 11/7. They originally say 1 week for delivery. Wednesday I hadn't heard anything so I checked my Lowe's account order status online and it says order complete. I called Hamburg, they say oh yes it is in you can pick it up Friday. Excited to finally get back to my remodel project I run to Lowe's. Wouldn't you know they can't find my order...I press...hound the customer service manager only to find out they put my order on the shelf and sold part of it!!! Now I'm told they'll ... read more

went to Hamburg in search of the craftsman versa stack system. what I wanted was outta stock. They then informed me if I travel another 7 miles, 12 minutes to the Orchard park location, they would have them in stock. Their hand held store device informed us there were 11 in this store. 1st employee was very unhelpful. Of course I trying to assist him in location the product. awful customer service. if you get something installed, beware of the "short cuts"
Pick up the phone. Quit giving false advise. If you don't know the answer, ask someone who does. Be available and not make people have to walk a mile to lumber for help in appliances. Get management who answers the phone and take pride in their work and employees work as it reflect on the store manager and no one else.
they suck. what else 2 say. bought a grill a week ago. they told me It would be assembled by the weekend and Monday June 1st at the latest. called Saturday wasn't done. called 4pm Monday cause of course no one called me. they said it was assembled and ready to be picked up. went there waited over half hour in line. then waited another 45mins for someone to figure out there was no grill. then they want to dish the floor model off to me with hardly any discount. place and workers are a joke and waste your time
I am writing today to advise of my utter discust with my experience with your Location in Hamburg, NY I believe its Lowes store Number 2704 on southernBlvd. I am normally not a complainer but the overall experience was a nightmare and I will be sure to take my business elsewhere as the $10 I saved on delivery from 2 of your competitor was not worth the issues.
