RecommendedJust want to give a shout out to Tom at the Lowes in Central, SC. We were looking for an outdoor ceiling fan and their store was out of stock of the one we wanted. He took the time to look on the computer and call another store who didn’t have one either. Due to Covid-19, shipping the item has been put on back order. As we were getting in our truck, he ran out of the store to tell us that it might be possible for us to get one shipped from a Lowes location in GA. I want to say thank you to a wonderful employee, Ms. Strickland, who stopped her work busily stocking and organizing the bay to help me locate PVC plumbing parts. She was friendly, extremely helpful and put the customer first. She should be praised for her professionalism and tremendous contribution to the store's reputation.
1st, I'm a employee so I probably shouldn't be reviewing. 2nd, I have been at Lowe's in 17 years, worked in 8 stores in every position from loader to assistant store manager. Stepped down and transferred here due to medical issues. In all honesty this is the best Lowe's store I've been in or worked in.
Always friendly service and a very well organized store.
Lowe's is the most convenient place to shop when looking for materials we use for our business.
Lowe's customer service and delivery service needs to go back to the drawing board on how to help someone. Ridiculous.
