We went to buy flooring. This store has great customer service. Harold in electrical was covering for Juan who was at lunch. Jeremy the manager came with the lift to get a pallet of flooring down as we need more than what was available on the floor. Juan came back from lunch and helped us in so many way. Thanks so much guys for all your help.
It isn't often I go into a store planning to spend money, but can't because I can't find a sales associate, but that is exactly what happened to me tonight. Went to the windows and doors desk and pushed the need help button which didn't work so after finding one that actually did work no one ever showed. Very disappointing I used to shop exclusively at Lowe's but this experience makes it clear I can no longer do that.
We live in this store, we are building a tiny home and we go there all the time the people are so nice. So I got a job there.
I am so sick of this store and all of the freaking animals I have to put up with EVERY TIME I visit. I don’t know one animal that buys anything from any store, but their right to walk around and ride in carts outweighs the rights of the customers. My family has some severe allergies and this poses a problem for us. Today there was a goat riding in a cart. I’m DONE!!! Home Depot will be my store of choice from today forward. This is ridiculous. I ordered a Lowes Gift card on Decmeber 14th for my sister. So far they have claimed it has been lost, mis-sent and canceled three times. I am about to launch a campaign to get folks to stop buying or ordering any product from Lowes. I have been lied to and BS'ed way too much. Now i like Lowes and shop in our locaL STORES IN ANDERSON A LOT but folks enough is enough. Multiple hateful, disinterested employees during the same visit! Why do you issue a “MyLowes”card if your employees are going to refuse to look it up to add my purchases to it? I was told “just save your receipt”.
After spending $1554.34 on washer and dryer and waiting around all day and getting a phone call that they weren’t far from our house and then getting a phone call they can’t make it to our house now !!!!!!!! yeah we asked for our money and go else were to purchase a washer and dryer. His was ridiculous !!
