Absolute nightmare to work with this store after receiving the incorrect product. At no administrative level is anyone willing to offer helpful solutions to a disaster they created. On major purchases, highly recommend other retailers as a source for your business. Never again.
I ordered a countertop and paid for the installation. It has been nothing but a nightmare and it's now over 2 months and the countertop is still not correct. I would never recommend lowes on bloomsburg for kitchen countertop.

I'm done with A.O. Smith Water Heaters at Lowes. I run a plumbing company in Bloomsburg, pa and we ended up getting the wrong hot water heater. Both Lowes and A.O. Smith pointed the finger at each other. Terrible customer service on both their parts. I've decided that we as a company will find a new water heater manufacturer and store that has better customer service. I wanted to purchase a more expensive water heater. I am very dissappointed with the Lowes in Bloomsburg, PA. I was there this past Sunday and the front end manager along with her manager were very rude and would not except a coupon because they had to type a code in. I told them thats funny because the week before at the lowes in selinsgrove they took my coupon which was a very legit coupon. Ordered a door on the 4th they said there installer would call in 24-48 hours. Six day later I called and the had not even gotten hold of the installer. Going to take my money to HomeDepo
