Who stops stocking wood pellets in the dead of winter? I bought my last pallet from Lowes. I regret buying a pellet stove from Lowes for the reason that they stop carrying pellets so early in the season. Keep that in mind when looking at heating alternatives. I have found they don't carry replacement parts for their lawn equipment either. Just use Amazon and get it to your door and sooner. They just don't support the products they sell.

Mitchell is an amazing young man, he is super helpful even when I ask him for help in other parts of the store, hopefully you realize his kindness to your guests and his can do attitude. Make him a manager or something he deserves it.
Too many issues to list, but the main is we're using them to redo our bathroom and it's been non-stop issues. And the project hasn't even started yet....

I could write a book but I'll keep it short. If you just need to run in and grab something and go; you're good. Do not order anything or attempt to have anything delivered. Its a nightmare. They dont show up when they are supposed to. The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing. I had a terrible experience last June with a stove (brought the wrong one twice and never showed up once), but gave them the benefit of the doubt that it was an isolated case. We waited over 10 mins to get chain cut. We pushed the button. Walked to the customer service counter and told someone. Hell we even called the store from the isle and still nobody came to help. We left and as we're walking out theres one employee just standing there and another one puttin soda in a cooler. They lost our buisness for good. Its freakin ridiculous
