By investigating why one of it's male employees is constantly posting about the children he meets in Lowe's, and describing bathroom encounters with them. This needs to be addressed.
Bought a new GE washer and dryer set and after two washes the washer quit with no power. Called to get it exchanged and was told I had to bye another washer to get it order then once it arrives get a refund. Called the Liberty location due to the fact it is 10 minutes down the road to exchange and Shane said that he would be able to do it but it was not purchased at his store and to call the Lees summit store back and ask for a manager. Recommendedwhy did you get rid of the service desk and chairs in plumbing? I have a bad back, knees and feet. Waiting for the 1 plumbing associate to help other customers ahead of me with no where to sit, other than a display toilet.
They let me train my dog for service there. Very animal friendly!
Went to store today to pick up a Hot Water tank I purchased on phone yesterday. Yesterdays gentleman was truly helpful and so kind. Went to pick up today with a neighbor, and the man today was rude, short tempered and overall NOT NICE! Not happy about purchase at all!
This place is a joke do not shop at the Lowe’s in Lee Summit. I called at 4:20to ask about returning the Porter cable drill that was less than a-year-old and I didn’t have the receipt. Customer service told me they spoke to a manager to bring it up they would exchange it. I asked and I need to bring the entire tool kit or just the drill she specifically told me just to drill.
