Time for an attitude change – I don't get this store at all. As a remodeler, I can go in there with my company logo plastered all over my clothing and barely get a hello. There is a definite aloofness that permeates the attitude of the staff. I have to give my business to Home Depot up the street (which is in Algonquin, they "get it") even though I would prefer giving my sales tax dollars to my home town (Lake In The Hills).
