Waiting in mill work department for what seemed for an eternity more then 25 mins. to have an employee turn of the help needed notification and say someone will be with you and walking off to the other side of the store. Looked for a supervisor and none to be found.. horrible or no customer service...
I rented a carpet cleaner and included is note that if you return it dirty there is a $20 cleaning fee. Turns out when I got it home the unit rented to me was disgusting inside and I had to clean it before I could use it. When I returned it the next day I let girl at customer service know about it. No apology...just attitude. She tells me in a nasty voice that they only clean them once a week. I didn't want anything from you ....was just letting you know as an FYI.....until your attitude. This is the 2nd, and LAST time I use the but online and pickup at store feature. ONCE AGAIN, I am left waiting for an order that I am told is READY FOR PICKUP only to be told it is indeed NOT READY. I was told it was ready at 12:15pm eastern and it is now 8:18pm eastern and is my order ready?? Nope, it sure is not. In this case it is 2 strikes and you're out!
Waiting 1/2 hr for someone to bring our order up on slow Friday night is ridiculous. Sucky customer service. Hitting up HD next time. Nice job....
This is the lowes we always come to whenever we need anything for home improvement. However today when we went 2 employees stood out. Zack helped us with a window order. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer any questions we had. Zachary was our cashier, he handled our online order pickup, our regular checkout and our special window order with ease and a smile. He wasn't annoyed with all of our orders. Outstanding customer service from these 2 employees!
My favorite home improvement store for Christmas. Lowe's stores have the best selection of Christmas decoration whether it is for indoor or outdoor. Overall, I love shopping at Lowe's.
Long time customer of Lowe's Stores without complaint for the most part over the many years I have done business with them. Ordered a shed online and was almost immediately contacted to set up a delivery date (Excellent Service In This Sense). I was advised delivery would be Wednesday (December 16 before noon). At noon with no delivery I called Lowe's to inquire, and was advised delivery had been scheduled for Thursday with no specified time of delivery.
