ordered and paid for $5,000 worth of kitchen cabinets needed them to come out and verify measurements. because I did not use their installers the so-called store manager and I use the term loosely pretty much said you're on your own what a joke. I then proceeded to cancel the order on a scale of 1 to 10 their - 5 in customer no service
Ordered a fridge and set up an appt for delivery. Delivery day came and we had an appt in Twin so it was crucial they arrive on time and they were Early!! Great job, Mark! Your driver was grumpy but Mark was awesome!

We bought a dishwasher a year and a half ago along with the three year protection plan. The quick cycle hasn't been draining perfectly so we called to set up a service appointment last week with a promise that someone would call this week to schedule. They never called back and each time we call they make a production about not having any record of us purchasing the warranty even though we do have a record of it. Thank you for reading the such small print on the weed killer label. I didn’t have my glasses and I was looking for the spray to kill a certain weed. Even those young kids had a hard time reading it.
Your freaking alarm goes off almost every night, sometimes for hours. GET IT FIXED.
THE WORST experience ever. After buying multiple appliances this past year, we most recently purchased a range/microwave set. The salesperson told us Lowe's DOES NOT install and instructed us to get a local installer, which we did. The range has not stopped off-gassing for over a week. We cannot use this appliance or keep a window closed (in -5 degree evenings!) so the smell can clear. My entire family is sick, so we're returning the appliance.
