Ordered windows on 3-24-18 was told they would be in on 4-21-18. Came into store to see if they were in on 4-29-30 only to find out they came in on 4-6-18. But I was never notified that they we in. Really rethinking getting the rest of my windows from Lowe’s.
Worst customer service experience ever. We ordered a grill online, we called 3 hrs later because we never heard from them. When we called they told us no one checks the online orders regularly but now that we called they would pull it. They called us 5 minutes later to tell us it was out of stock. When online it said they had one left. Then it took us calling 2 more times to get the order cancelled so we could order it from another location. The lady at customer service was so rude to us. My project manager went into this store and had the worse service ever. Brian their pro guy literally left the papers on the desk and decided to go home without telling him. He was working with him, and while he went back to check some door numbers my guy goes and grabs a plumbing item very quickly and when he got back he waited 1-1.5 hours at the pro desk for this guy to come back. Either the store is exceptionally busy OR they don’t have enough staff to answer the phones. I was on hold for over 20 minutes on Thurs. Called again yesterday & after 3 calls to the department were bounced back to operator, I asked for manager. Called again today & again got bounced back to initial menu 3 times because of no Answer.
I don't normally post reviews. And almost every interaction I have had with my Lowes store has been positive. Until today. I purchased a power washer 2 years ago. I used it once and put it away. I got it out to use it again this summer (because really, how often does one need to power wash the house) and the metal pressure chamber leaked like crazy. I brought it back only to be told that there is nothing they can do. Very disappointing. I thought Lowes would have backed their product better.
I was told they were going to deliver items between 12 & 2 it now 3:15 and no truck yet or phone call. I Called Lowes and got a bs answer about the delivery being late . The truth and a phone call would be nice. Love a future future Home Depot customer.
Couldn't find anyone to help us with a storm door..had to get it to the front of the store by ourselves to get questions answered and then Mr. customer service since 2016 was rude and acted truly annoyed that he had to ring us out..this was June 1st around 7 pm..
