customer service is awful in Oxnard. we called to see if they had an item (which was a large item) they had it, my husband asked if they could get it ready for us to pick up, he said no we don't do that. we picked up 4 of the same thing in Ventura, they had them waiting for us at the front of the store. the guy said well we aren't Ventura! how rude.

Had a dishwasher install today. Everyone told me not to have things installed by Lowe’s. I should have listened. A guy showed up solo. Said he was going to run down the street to pick up his “cousin” to help him. In and out of almost two hours tracking in dirt and water. When they were finally “done” they turned on the water in the kitchen and it was a slow trickle. Called his boss..was messing with the sprayer to “see if it was clogged”...because installing a dishwasher clogs the sprayer? Said it was a problem with the shut... read more
