They are learning a new order pickup program so that slowed the process down a bit but overall I had a good experience. Everyone was helpful and once they get used to the new program I estimate that my 4 stars will go up to 5.
Twice today you have failed us. On our first trip it was due to a miserably long line at your only open register. Then when I called to check on a specific product (since your in stock is severely lacking in the tool department) no one ever picked up. From now on I'll be ordering my products online or shopping one of your many local competitors.
How do they not have basecoat for mixing concrete sealer in stock? That's like a grocery store not having flour!
