I tried to order a gas grill ,cover and tank from the Durham,NC store over the phone for my son who lives there and no one pick up the phone both times i called , So not to waste any more of my time out of a busy day calling them again I decided to see if the Watertown store could help me get through and help me place the order with the Durham store and when it was ready my son could pick it up after work.
