Oh you, it's just lowes. It's better than depot but not as healthy as Ace. I guess it's the helpful hardware place, but where else you gonna go, man?
I purchased a toilet and it was defective and damaged, brought it back to the store and had to return it and buy another one rather than just exchanging it I basically had to buy 2 toilets and wait days to get my money back on one. Came home with second toilet, and it was missing all the parts, had to go back to the store to take them from the first toilet. Installed new toilet and the tank has a crack on it and it's leaking water. Lowe's refuses to refund it or exchange it because I didn't pay $380 to have a $200 toilet ins... read more
Christopher C. helped me find the right clamp for a washer hose today. Awesome customer service, interacting with him made me decide to always try there first, it was so nice and easy. Unfortunately, Lowes corporates system for leaving a review won't allow me to do so with them without an ID # that my receipt doesn't have. Lowes should make it easier to say one of their stores is doing things right, their employees are the ones who make customers like myself choose the store over other options. This store has gone down hill so fast in the last 2 years. It's truly said. They only have self check outs and still seems like no one on the floor to help find things.
