Stoped to buy gift cards I needed 4 was told they couldn’t be Rang up separate. I needed a Receipt for all 4. Ask one of the managers a female and she said no they had to be running it together what a joke and went straight to the store and bought them separate for Home Depot.Jonesboro is no place to full with gift cards this Christmas. If it has to be Lowe’s go to JC .
RecommendedWent in today for an item that was online in stock and the store showed it was in stock when I called. Unfortunately it wasn’t in stock after all and we drove about 35 mins extra to get there from another Lowes. Needless to say that’s frustrating. BUT, kinda long story, the gentleman who was helping me, Chris , went so far and above what even the best employees would do and his attitude was awesome. He made it up and then some. Great store, friendly service and always have what we need.
Worst follow up customer service I have ever dealt with. A job that was supposed to be completed in June...is still not finished. Store manager promises to call you back, he doesn’t. Service Pro has made various appointments, never shows or calls. Would not recommend!
Lowe’s of Jonesborough is not a customer service oriented business. Bought a light - was damaged- no more of that style in stock and management would not sell the display . Pathetic
