I was shopping in the garden center today with my 4 kids and as we were checking out my daughter started feeling sick from the heat. The young man that was working the register grabbed a 5 gal bucket for her to sit on and directed a fan on it. I didn't catch his name but heard him say he was covering the register for someone on break. His kindness meant so much to me! What a kind hearted person!
I visited 3 different Lowes this day, and this store was the last one. Everyone was so helpful. The man in the lighting department looked for a long time for the light I was looking for, then Gene at the front desk went back to look as well. They found it! I was assisted and treated well in the flooring department too. I purchased tile, and the man couldn't have been more helpful! Gene loaded everything into my car and I was good to go! I may have to do more shopping at this location! Thank you!
Yet another bump in the road of having Lowe's install a fence. Endless problems. Regretting the decision to use Lowe's. Seemed like it would be easy to buy something and get it. Guess not.
My chair was BROKEN!!! Tom & Kurt @ Lowe's HOOKED ME UP!!! Instead of just sending me away with what I thought might come in handy as I try to WING it, they totally helped me roll out with as sturdy a fix as possible...
