Great experience being greeted by employees from the parking lot , entering front door and walking aisles. Cashier was friendly as well !
Worst customer service ever! Employees were extremely rude to my husband and I because we were attempting to obtain a part that was missing from a purchase we had made earlier in the day. Mind you, the purchase was made at a different location and after speaking to the manager at the store, we were sent to the Rim. Customer Service girls were rude and had no idea how to explain themselves without becoming lost and frustrated. I ordered a umbrella for my patio set, December 29 2016. I was told it shipped January 4, 2017, to the store and I still don't have it. I cancelled the order. This is the second bad experience I've had with lowe's. I will be taking a break from Lowe's for a while.
